Change Management: Request a Change "Change type" modification

    Greetings .

     

    Re: Change Management

    How can I modify the "change type" drop down component  values on form Request a Change from "Normal" "Standard" Emergency" to "Normal" "Expedite" and "Emergency" I could not find this variable in Application properties.

    Change is a locked down process, anything that can be modified would be in Application Properties in Process Manager
    Admin | Data | Application Properties
    ServiceDeskSettings

    Unfortunately this is set in the system and can only be the following:

    SimpleChangeType
    Normal, Standard, Emergency
