Does anyone know how to set the default filter status in version 11.6? For some reason, ours defaults to 'false positive'. I was sure that the default is 'new'. I have checked my report preferences and made sure that my homepage was set to 'Incidents All' or 'Incidents New'. It doesn't seem to matter what I set that to, whenever I log in it defaults to 'false positive'. It is set that way when I go from network incidents to endpoint incidents, etc. Not a huge issue, just very frustrating.....
