     Hi,

    Configuring SWG its not working need help from your technical team. Below details configuration.


    configuration: SWG 8450- Proxy mode Only :

    IP management: 10.97.3.37

    LAN/WAN: 10.0.151.63 this connected on access port connection.
    port:8080

    Define Internal IP: 10.0.0.0

    Both IP LAN/WAN and management: has an internet and has access to symantec threat center.

    Issue:

    when i set the proxy setting of a web browser (10.0.151.63 with Port 8080); it will reply proxy server isnt responding??

    is there setting that i missed on SWG? on the network side what are the things need to adjust?

    There are many things that could be wrong, but the first that comes to mind is any kind of firewall blocking port 8080 between the client and the Web Gateway LAN IP. You may need to open a case to get a full analysis of the issue.
