  • 1.  ProxySG User License Utilization High

    Hi Team 
    The proxySG always show warning and displays User License Utilization 100%. As far as I know, User License is calculated based on IP address.
    But I found that the user license Utilization is also very high on non-office hours.  Is there any way to troubleshoot?

    Hi Wenji, 

    During the off hours, I would look at the active sessions to see what sessions are open, and from what IPs they are from. This can be done from Statistics>Sessions>Active Sessions, or from the advanced URL /AS
