reset "company-name" of exception

I set the company-name of exception. (For example, "company name sample(")
I would like to clear this set company-name.
But, I do not know the method to clear it.
Could you show the manner to clear the set company-name ?

Hi,

sorry, I'm not aware of any special "company-name" setting in the exceptions of a ProxySG.

But if the name of the company can be seen on your exception page It should be configured somewhere in your exception file:

Configuration > Policy > Exceptions > View Exceptions

Maybe in the contacts variable or directly in the custom HTML code? Anyway, by editing that file (download from SG, create a copy of that file, edit the copy, upload the edited file back to the SG) you should be able to change whatever text is displayed on your exception pages.
