  • 1.  Problems to Access GUI (Proxy)

    I am having trouble accessing the proxy option in the ASG manager,  have any ideas how I could fix it,

    I have Java 8. 251.
    the internet explorer 11

    I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java.
    I have added the URL in exceptions.

    Hi Rick,

    are you using the 32bit version of Java? 64bit will not work.
