Hi all, one of my customer who are running 6.6.5.18 and they are trying to upgrade to 6.7.2.1 have reported that they are unable to upgrade. The process hangs during the upgrade and is un-responsive even they cannot do SSH, hence they have to physically reboot the appliance.
How can I check to identify why it is failing, is there anything in particular which can show us why it is failing?
