1. For already installed "Symantec Management Agent", you can enable diags mode using suggestion from this thread (create run script task)

To have /diags always enabled in installer package of Symantec Management Agent, you can open "Agent Install" page, there is a "Default Settings" button -> click it and there will be settings in 1st tab of appeared dialog, so you can there provide
/diags and save changes.
Now it will regenerate installer package with predefined /diags mode so every new install of agent will automatically has diags mode enabled
AexNSCHTTP.exe or AexNSCHTTPs.exe from "\\localhost\nscap\bin\win32\x86\NS Client Package" on your SMP machine.

Could someone please explain to me where do i check the box or add a flag when installing the agent to make it visible and available ?
