To answer the above questions:
OS version is RHEL 7.9.
Errata data is available starting from 2011 to 2020 Dec.
All Channels for RHEL v6 and v7 Server are selected.
I have manually executed the command line on client
aex-patchutil va refresh, the scan completes successfully with no errors and the result is sent to the SMP, see attached screenshot.
However no data is visible on the SMP?

- What exact version of RHEL you have? (7.3 or 7.8, etc)
- In SMP Console on Patch Management Solution for Linux, if you open report "Errata", you will see there available imported Errata for different release dates?
- Which RedHat channels you have checked/imported on "Meta Data Import" page of SMP Console.
- Try to manually execute this command line on affected Linux client computer. What result is there?
aex-patchutil va refresh
- You can check ULM Agent log output after assessment: /opt/altiris/notification/nsagent/var/aex-client.log

I would like to know if Oracle Linux (shows as RHEL 7 on the SMC) patching is supported in 8.5 RU3?
The system assessment scan completes successfully on the client, however no data is sent to the SMP and the patch compliance report shows no data for this particular client. Due to this issue we are not able to view applicable/missing updates to start patching the Oracle Linux system. Has anyone been able to patch Oracle Linux systems using patch management?
