  • 1.  Computers without SEP Agent HEALTH information

    Hello,

    We have identified some computers, HEALTHY and up and running, with all plugins installed and working perfectly but with the SEP Healthy Status sections empty, not showing information about the SEP client installed beyond to find the information related to the software in "add or remove programs" table.
    No records on [dbo].[Inv_SW_Installed_SEP_Agent_Details table for example.

    I have run the Delta and even Full inventory on those PCs but the information is still missing afterwords. 

    Could someone help on this?

    Info: Altiris 8.5 RU2
    Computers with OS Windows 10 Pro

    Hi Pablo,

    May you please also provide version of SEP installed on one of affected computers?
    Please also make sure that SEP Agent checkbox is selected in your Inventory policy/task under Hardware tree.
    Any errors/warnings related to "SW_Installed_SEP_Agent_Details" in SMP/Agent logs during inventory task execution?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your quick prompt. 

    In fact we have around 17k agents and we are only missing this information on around 300 computers. Same hierarchy for all of them so no special conditions for computers with this problem.

    In "add or remove programs" the version of SEP is correctly shown and  the version is  14.2* or 14.0* in most of the cases.
    I dont have found relations between this problem and the version of SEP. In fact for other computers correctly informed I can see very old SEP versions (11* for example). 

    Any ideas?

    Just a note, in case if you have Hierarchy and trying to see SEP Agent, Add/Remove programs inventory data for client computers on Parent NS Server which were replicated from Child NS to Parent NS

    By default in Hierarchy, Child NS doesn't replicate inventory solution data of own managed clients computers to Parent NS to avoid unnecessary load/traffic, etc during replications.
