New titles for patch management - Ideas for Client Management Community?

Back when Symantec owned the product, we were able to submit ideas and get patch titles added to the product.

When I look at ideas on the broadcom site, I don't see a way to submit ideas for Client Management Suite (or any endpoint management like Symantec product).

Am I missing it?  Or does anyone know a way to do this.  Also, when I put tickets in recently, they seem to get routed to a company who has no experience with the patch product.  :(
