    Hi Broadcom,

    We are using Symantec Altiris as software inventory solution. But recently we found symantec Altiris unable to capture some of Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Endpoint Encryption software inventory. Need advice from broadcom, what require to perform checking on this?

    Hello!
    Could you please detalize which reports/tables/etc you look into where the expected inventory is missing ?
    Whet is the ITMS release version installed  ( this info is In the Notification Server console -> Menu 'Help' ->About Symantec Management Console
