Deploy superseded patch through altiris to PC

I got a patch KB2999226 and it is no longer available for download in Microsoft
I would like upload the source to altiris and deploy to PCs.
Can someone help with the steps to implement it?
Are we using software delivery to do so? Please advise. Thanks!

Have you tried or reviewed this as an option for deployment? It includes your outdated patch as well.

If you have required software update package, depending software for required software package, etc, open SMP Console -> Manage -> Software -> import package and check pics below

• Click "Add Command" and create cmd line
• Create required "Detection" & "Applicability" rules in "Rules" tab
• Check whether you need required associations creation for this software update package in "Associations" tab

In SMP Console -> Manage -> Computers, click on >> button above and MD or Quick delivery summary for your deployed software update to computers

Or check default Software delivery/compliance reports
