    Hi at all

    I got a problem in a newly installed Symantec Protection Center appliance.

    "Datafeed IncidenEvents couldn't load because of a Hardware Problem" over 800 times alerted.

    We run the appliance on a ESX 4.1.

    Typically this means that you are not getting data in through port 7891

    If you are in a proxy environment, and have not updated to SPC 2.1 MP1 (2.1.1.3012) please do so, as this corrects some issues with Proxy environments.

    After installing this update make sure to have your proxy configured in the Admin section of the web console.

    Hi rscovel

    The Port 7891 seems to be open and we are not using a proxy. The newest update seems to be installed as well. We are still getting this error... Now over 1500 times.

    Hi rscovel

    I opened a Case more then a month ago and they still not have any solution... The support is just telling me every week that they have to analyze it more....

    Could it be that this product is just not ready for customers??
