    thats by default is free, so no trialware is available :) 

    All you need to do is to upgrade your serial number, here is how you do it

    Symantec customers with active an subscription status of an integrated Symantec product (see below) are entitled to Symantec Protection Center 2.0 and support at no cost.

    you need license for SPC 3, if you dont have serial no. to download contact Symantec team at your region as you are taged as partner they should guide you.
