Ok so I have CMS 7.6 HF7 and we received our LTSC 2019 Windows 10 and everything works.

I am setting up our CMS 8.5 RU1 PF1 environment and pulled over a win7 box and a Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and while the Win7 box is fully functioning, the assessment scan for LTSC is not.

    thoughts?

assessment scan is failing and exiting with a 4

    Hi TeleFragger!

Does "LTSC 2019 Windows 10" client machine have an access to internet?

Check solutions provided in this KB https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH239756.html?

    Thanks,

Your scaring me with the first part of your question and the piece in the article..

Computers without internet access will get this assessment problem if they never were in internet area while first windows assessment scan is executing. Although Win10 OS should has these certificates available by default.
