Just to confirm, you were able to get to that "second" link I provided? I still can't get to it via Firefox, IE or Chrome from either my Win 7 or 10 PCs. We even tried accessing https://support.symantec.com/us/en/article.info4345.html using an outside connection (i.e. NOT going through our proxy/firewall) but got the same result.
Anyhow, I had put a comment with this article that I can't get to this link but not sure whether anyone with Symantec will even respond. I could open a case with Support but seems like a waste for a supposedly inaccessible link on their end.
