    Hi 

    just a warning to any other partners if you configure multiple casb instances tied to the same primary domain then most of CASB will stop working correctly 

     

    after you realise the error someone else made its actually a really difficult task to get someone in the CASB support team to change the primary domain or delete the CASB instances 

     

    If you need mulitple instances for testing etc be sure to request them with a unique primary domain to avoid all these problems

    A brief clarification to add to this word of warning: a primary domain cannot be changed. The entire CASB environment will need to be deleted, which requires PM involvement and a lot of beauracracy and verification. 

    Thank you very much for this word of warning. This is very accurate, and I sincerely hope this helps people avoid this pitfall.
