  • 1.  Migration to WSS agent

    We have been testing the WSS agent for a few weeks now
    Some issues we had with Reach agent are solved like : Websockets, Software checking certificates (thanks to the process exclusion function of WSS)

    However we still have issues with 

    Error messages : they seem to have disappeared or a simple HTTP message when blocing

    WSS agent tray icon disappearing (must start as admin to launch)

    Pascal,

    Please open up a ticket with the WSS support team for investigation. Now that WSS Agent is the main gateway redirect, you'll need to go through WSS support for help on this,

    The error messages/block messages will become generally available any time soon. This is called the WSS Notification Service (WSSNS) and you will see in your client if and when it is enabled.
