  • 1.  Computer Agent Health View Missing since 8.5 RU3

    When clicking on a computer I am missing the box on the top right that shows the Agent health along with other details. This is happening on all users EXCEPT for the system Admin can see it. I cloned the settings from Symantec Administrators in Account Management - Roles to the Desktop Members group (the group that can't see the upper right window) and no change. Is this a view that is turned on or off by user?

    To stop and start the IIS (W3SVC.exe) service, I used the following commands from an elevated command prompt on my Notification Server:

    net stop w3svc

    net start w3svc
