Das Paket hatte ich installiert. Die Meldung kommt weiterhin.

Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Meldung zu ignorieren und die Installation trotzdem zu starten?

Many thanks for your tips. In fact as operating system, I have Windows 2012 R2. 
The Windows patch KB2919355 is already installed. The InstallReadinessCheck continues to fail. Now I ignore the InstallReadinessCheck and will install 8.5 RU1.
I have taken a snapshot from the machine...

Hi Mechthildma,

It seems that this problem exists if the Symantec Installation Manager is running in German.

I´ve seen this multiple times...

"Enable Next" button as Igor mentioned in SIM should work (I´ve tried this and it seems to work so far...)

I recommend to open a support case and wait for a fix...
