  • 1.  PGP PROBLEM

    Hi

    i have a problem on PGP, when messages arrive with attachments, pgp does not decrypt them immediately, when i try open this  attachments PGP Hangs. 

    in the older version of pgp, I immediately decrypted the message with attachments

     

    Is it possible to set it somehow?

     

    Version PGP : Symantec_Encryption_Desktop_10.4.1

    System: Windows 7

    First check PGP logs (mouse right click on PGP tray icon) when you see this problem with attachment decrypt (does it appears on all workstations?)

    If you will drag-drop attachment to desktop and open it, does same problem appear?

    I would like PGP to immediately decrypt attachments in the outlook program, I have had the same version on the old version of PGP, and now that I have a new version, it is not.
