  • 1.  Encryption Management Server installation problem

    Hello,

    I'm trying to install Encryption management server 3.42. MP1 in VMware but it does not proceed and is stuck at "Failed to mount driver disk"

    I have downloaded media from fileconnect and is on my hard drive.

    Please see the attached screenshots. Could you please help me with the solution? What changes I should make?
