  • 1.  Access Log errors on event logs

    Hi Everyone,

After upgrading both proxySG 900-10B and S400-20 from 6.5.9.10 to 6.5.10.2, I get this error on the event logs

2017-06-08 19:15:39+08:00SGT  "Access Log: Error deleting log object  (error 0x14). Remaining on disk."  0 E0005:64   alog_object.h:97
2017-06-08 19:15:39+08:00SGT  "Access Log: Error deleting log object  (error 0x14). Remaining on disk."  0 E0005:64   alog_object.h:97
2017-06-08 19:15:39+08:00SGT  "Access Log: Error deleting log object  (error 0x14). Remaining on disk."  0 E0005:64   alog_object.h:97
2017-06-08 19:15:39+08:00SGT  "Access Log: Error deleting log object  (error 0x14). Remaining on disk."  0 E0005:64   alog_object.h:97
2017-06-08 19:15:39+08:00SGT  "Access Log: Error deleting log object  (error 0x14). Remaining on disk."  0 E0005:64   alog_object.h:97

Is this normal for upgrading in this version? Or is the proxy trying to delete an accesslog while the reboot is in progress?

    Thank you! :)

    Hi Sean,

Did this showed up close to the time of restart of the appliance ?

    Hi Sean,

That is a normal event which pop-up during a restart. You can ignore those.
