    Does Blueocat WAF logs USER AGENT field in the WAF logs

    Hi,

     

                  This depends on the log format you are using. The format I checked "bcreporterwarp_v1" is having the field of "cs(User-Agent)" to log user agent information of the requesting client.

    Hi ,

     

    Thanks for the reply but what is the default Log format used by Bluecaot WAF and does it log "USER AGENT FIELD".

    Actually there is requirment wherein we need to integrate the Bluecoat WAF with Splunk and we need to know if "USER AGENt FIELD" also logged as aprt fo logging in Bluecaot for creating some suse cases

    Hi,

     

                    The format I have mentioned "bcreporterwarp_v1" is the default log of WAF and it does log the User-Agent.
