  • 1.  Error When accessing The ProxySG Management Console

    Hi, 

     

    I Can't access the Management Console of ProxySG even whene recommanded parameters are configured, 

    I Had this Error whene I try access the Console : RuntimeException : java.lang.ExceptionInitializerError.

     

    I get this error in IE and in Mozilla Firefox /

    Hi Saad,

     

                   Could you please refer the article https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH245893.html to find the supported browser and Java version for your SGOS. The screenshot of 6.5.5.x should work on Java 1.6.x 32 bit and 1.7 32 bit. Do try by keeping only Java 1.6.x 32 bit and try to login to the box.

    I fixed the problem with the installation of Java version 8 Update 121. So Now I can access to the management Console.
