Blacklist Removal - refused to talk to me: 501 Connection rejected by policy

    Hello friends,

I'm a service provider and we have our mail gateway which serve our clients, and recently we can see in our side that we get this message:

host cluster1.us.messagelabs.com[67.219.247.58] refused to talk to me: 501 Connection rejected by policy. Please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details.

Which is the best way to get our IP address whitelisted? we already check with different tools, if we belong to any public/private blacklist, but we are not.

Maybe someone from Symantec team could have a look at our IP address, 198.50.181.42 and check what could be happening.

    Thanks in advance,
    Alejandro B.

    Hi Alejandro,

This is a community-based forum and Symantec employees don't often trawl through here. Read the TN below on how to get your IP removed from the blacklist:

    Thanks!
