  • 1.  How to uninstall Symantec Cloud Endpoint Protection without Password

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to uninstall Symantec.cloud - Cloud Agent version 3.00.31.2817 and Symantec.cloud - Endpoint Protection Version NIS-22.8.0.50.  It is prompting for a password and no one knows what the password is.  How can I remove this without knowing the password.

    Download and run cleanwipe. I think that will get it, even without a password.

    Did not work for me.  Runs fine and says it was sucessful but actually did nothing.
    Also tried Norton CleanSweep tool with no luck.

    You can remove the uninstall password requirement from the hostedendpoint portal these instructions show how to get to the place to manage it.: https://support.symantec.com/content/unifiedweb/us/en/article.HOWTO98487.html

    NRT and CEDAR link fails 404 Not Found
