Creating custom sandboxing using automation application policy creation

Hello Team, 

I am trying to create custom sandboxing using automation application policy creation. I am having "profiling in progress"  since more than twenty-four hours after placing the agent in question at the profiling security group.

I could not proceed with creating the custom sandbox rules for each application. Can anyone tell me why the processing is taking this long? Is there anything I need to do?

right-click and select stop ... then
right-click and select create ...
