Where to download the encryption management server software ?

Hi,

we have licensed the Desktop Encryption software for many years now (formerly PGP Desktop).
In the past we have been able to also download the encryption management server software.

But it seems we are now not eligible to download it anymore (the license subscription did not change as far as i know).

Has there been a change in the licensing model for the server software or where can i download full installl / update ?

It does require current entitlement, so if that has lapsed, you could look into renewing so you can take advantage of all the latest updates and support offerings!

we have a running license for Encryption Desktop (1 year for 200 installations). In the past this had us also enabled to download the encryption management server.

Does this mean that there has been a change in lincenses ?

Hi Matthias,
The licensing model is all the same so what you used back then should still work.
If you are perpetual, the license entitlement is for the version you last renewed on.
We are currently on 10.5 MP3 so if you have current entitlement, you can download and apply the license you had back then.

If you are perpetual, but did not keep up with the renewal, you are entitled to the version you had back then, but to use the download portal, you need to have current entitlement.

Subscription means you always have entitlement to download the latest version at any time.

But no management server.

We can then look up your entitlement and figure out why you are not seeing the PGP software and see if we can clarify what you're seeing and make sure you are getting what you are entitled to :)
