    Simple way is to mouse right click and create it

    See the error that is appearing when access to informed screen. Any tips to solve this problem?

    • Does "Altiris Log Viewer" on NS machine shows something useful when this error occurs?
    • You are logged in under account from "Symantec administrators" role?
    • Please open "Symantec Installation Manager" and check installed products to see whether they are properly installed or there is a warning message for SMP, Asset or CMDB solution that it is not properly configured?
    • Have you tried to switch I.E language to US and recheck same action?

    Igor,
    Fix the above problem. Removing a class that was the object of the problem "Invoice".
    Is there a manual for the registration of this invoice and the software license ?
