all the pdf & doc files are scored 10

Dears,

Recently we had issue with the both CA and Boardcom engineer  recommendation to replace the SSD and upgrade the firmware from 2.3 to 3.0. we replaced the SSD and restore the configuration and update the firmware 2.3 to 3.0, after connecting to the SMG we found the PDF and DOC attachment mails are deleting because of the score 10,   we checked the auto updating and it is disabled, please anyone help us to how to solve the scoring 10 issue.

Hi Clifford, One of my customers reported a similar issue where they were getting a score of 10 on SMG from CAS and the email was getting blocked. They open a ticket and came to know that it was related to new office extensions and once they were added in CASMA and it's been solved.

Open a ticket and let me know the steps. Thanks

We disabled the Cylance  and fixed the issue

Doesnt make sense as why Cylance will cause this problem. Did you also get any response from support?

Yes, confirmed from support, they are do not support Cylance anymore.
