  • 1.  SPE not Scanning

    Hi,

     

    We are testing SPE for cloud, we are redirecting file uploads coming from our F5 to the SPE server, however we are getting the following error on the webstie when we try to upload any file:

     

    "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator"

     

    connections are established to the SPE server but ends in few seconds, and no errors are logged in the SPE logs. Set the logging level to verbose or error also doesn't bring any valuble information except shutting down and starting up the SPE services. 

     

    Not sure where elese we can troubleshoot this issue. I would appreciate any help or directions to get this fixed.

    I would like to add to this that the report.xml file shows the requests to scan but still 0 files scanned:

     

    ScanRequest value="48"

    <FilesScanned value="0"/>

    Just found that the SPE is working as we tested it using the command line scanner.

    Try the command line scan tool included with the server to test.
