Broken pipe (Write failed) StackTrace: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)

    We uninstalled Symantec protection Engine version 7.0.2.4 from windows 2012 server and installed 7.8. After installation we are trying to scan documents from application, we are getting the following error:

    Broken pipe (Write failed) StackTrace: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)

     

    Any thoughts, Please advise?

    Is your installation fully patched? Did you remove everything when you did the uninstall?
