  • 1.  Management center default credentials

    I have installed MC - v10 on Esxi 6.5 but the default credentials ( admin/admin) does not work ..

     

    What would be the default credentials in this case ?

    Dear Akemu,

     

    Are you trying to access GUI of Management Center or in SSH ?

     

    You need to use the default credentials which are the following: 

    Username: admin 
    password: admin 

    This can be changed after you login to the Management Center (MC) GUI and secured.

    I am using the GUI and have used admin/admin but it does not work ...

    I  have fixed it the issue

     

    I had to configure the admin account password via the management center cli

    Use the console password that was configured during CLI Initial configuration steps. Worked for me to log in as admin on Web GUI.
