    Hi;

    I don't seem to get any data in the Statistical Monitoring historical reporting area. This is for memory, CPU and number of sessions. Although the realtime figures are there for the Proxy SG in question.

    Hi Wasfi,

    You are referring to no data under Dashboard > Statistics Monitoring when you filter by the ProxySG in question? You might not have Statistics Monitoring collection enabled for this particular ProxySG. This is different than the statistics you see under the device.

    To enable Statistics Monitoring collection on a device:

    • Select Network
    • Select the device that you aren't seeing data populate for and select the Operations menu in the top right
    • Choose Change monitoring status
    • In the following screen, you should see your device in the "Selected" section. Click Next
    • Select the Change Statistics Monitoring state checkbox, and select the Enable Statistics Monitoring collection radio button
    • Click Run Now

    After the job to enable Statistics Monitoring for the device has completed, you will want to navigate back to the Statistical Monitoring area. You will also most likely want to reload the whole page from there. Once reloaded, you hopefully will have at least one data point if you hover over the chart. 

    Even though you see more data in the "Statistics" tab of the device itself, the data in the Statistical Monitoring dashboard will only be for data obtained after Statistical Monitoring collection was enabled.
