    Hello,

    We purshase SEP mobile licensing but not receive the activate process.

    There is no way to activate on the administration portal.

     

    Can you give us the procedure to activate the subscription?

    I try to contact with no result.

     

    I get this mail :

    Please note that an additional email has been sent that includes your login information and activation instructions for accessing your SEP Mobile Management Console.<u5:p></u5:p>

    <u5:p> </u5:p>

    But after, no mail .

    SEP Mobile does not require licensing activation in the portal.
