sep client quarantine backup

I am experiencing a situation now that sep is not backed up in the client quarantine after a file is deleted by heuristic detection interception.

In my previous experience, even after the files are deleted by sep, there should be a backup in the quarantine. Does anyone know this mechanism?

Please check in the AV policy (on the Administrator-Defined Scans and Auto-Protect) on the Actions tab if "Back up files before attempting to repair them" is selected and if not, select it.
We are using all 3 options selected (including "Terminate processes automatically" and "Stop services automatically")
