Clients change groups

Hi all,

We have several endpoints that seem to be changing groups on their own.  Is there a log to verify if these endpoints had the client reinstalled by SEPM with a different group vs. having the wrong client pushed by SCCM?  Trying to find out if this is an anomaly or if someone made a mistake.
