Increase in SEP client pop up notifications

We have disabled client notifications and popups for any alert or notification for our clients. However, recently we've been seeing more notifications and popups appear on client endpoints.

We have a case open but again, client notifications are turned off in our environment. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

please check the policy no are same as SEPM and client 
it is not possible that you disable notification from SEPM and still its showing on the client maybe there is policy issue maybe policy is not updating on the client so you have to match the policy no it should be same on SEP and SEPM
