We all know that there are no more renewals for SEP. Instead it now changed to subscription licenses.
Today we aksed for our first "renewal" quote aka "subscription license" for one of our customers. We were offered an 'Initial Subscription License with
Support". Comparing prices shows that our customers should now pay about twice the price for a factual renewal compared to before.
Is this intended or did something go wrong?
I can't imagine that our customers will accept this, and there is a good chance that they will change product.
