Recently I install Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_14.2.0.MP1_.SEPM_EN SEPM at my server. My server do not have internet access so
I use jbl file to update the definition and it works. 1 week later, I went to my server to update the definition again, I saw the jbl files is been taken and wait for the definition to update. However after waiting for 3hr, the definition is not updated so I try again with the jbl files but to no avail.
I decided to download the exe file and update with it and it works.
3 definition I used
jdb/core3sds/vd595a08core3sds.jdb
ips/20200513-061-IPS_IU_SEP_14.2_RU1.jdb
sonar/20200504-001-SONAR_IU_SEP.jdb
my SEP:14.2.1031.0100
May I know what is wrong with jbl file and how to get it work ?
