IDSvia64.sys - Blue screen - Windows 2008 Server

Hi All,
Has anyone had a blue screen of death with it displaying : IDSvia64.sys error on a windows 2008 server.
SEP agent: 14.2.4814.1101
This happened on the 6th May 2020 according to customer?
Server has a functionality of Forwarding proxy server.

Is IPS the cause?

Could be. From a SEP perspective we would need a Full Memory Dump and Symdiag from an observed crash to tell you for sure.


I would suggest getting up to a more recent version of SEP as the IDSvia64 driver has been updated several times.
