    Notification which i have created in my old SEPM 11.0, will it be continuously work in my migrated Server Version 12.1 RU2?

    Yes it's working after upgradation

    Yes, it should. If for some reason it doesn't, you can re-create.

    Yes, All of the old notifications will work in 12.1 RU2.
