  • 1.  Windows x64 client definitions disappearing from SEPM 14 ru3

    Posted Jan 15, 2022 02:35 PM
I recall that just before last Christmas (2021) some users reported here that the x64 windows defs and client install files had vanished from SEPM. Well, it's just happen to our site as well. Mac, Linux & x32 remain but x64 has vanished. If I add it back, it 'takes' and I get a confirming email, but 3 or so minutes later it has vanished.

I've opened a case with support but whilst they agree it's a known issue they don't have a solution as yet.

Anyone else seen this & got a fix?

    Thanks.

Keeping current AND previous version Linux install packages in SEPM seems to fix disappearing Win64 installer.

    Hope it helps

Thanks - this didn't work for me. Support (eventually) came up with a batchfile which seemed to fix the dbase and I could then manually add the x64 from the RU3 'Packages' dir and, a few hours later, it has still 'stuck'.

The batchfile is called PackageCleanup tool_14.3ru1+ and is [probably] available from Support.
