SEP v12.x will not update

    Hey everyone,

    I have an SEPM v14.2.RU2MP1 with a few hundred clients.
    Vast majority of the clients are v12.x and about 1/4 of them are same version with the SEPM.

    Starting 6/1/21, none of the v12.x clients update the virus/spyware definitions. Only the v14.x clients do.
    It doesn't many how many times I do smc -stop/-start or reboot, the 12.x clients simply won't budge.

    The SEPM shows the latest version on the manager but it just won't update the clients despite each of those clients shows "Connected" in the troubleshotting connection status page.

    What am I missing? These clients have always been able to obtain updates from this same SEPM just fine for a long time.

    Hi Kevin,

    12.1 is End of Life and content is no longer available. You will need to upgrade to 14.x.

    Thanks for the quick response John.

    I will look into few maintenance windows to upgrade the clients since this requires a reboot.
