I have setup email notifications when a new virus is found, and i do get that email.  However, how come when I go to MONITORS | NOTIFICATIONS and click 'view notifications', I don't see any entries?  The saved filter is left at 'default' and the time range is 'past 24 hours'...the email was just sent in the past 15 minutes--I would think that would fall into the last 24 hour period.

If you go to Admin on the left and then Administrators in the lower left, do you see multiple users in the top left?

If so, are you able to log into those and see if the Notification is on one of them?

The reason I say this is I believe the notifications may be user dependant. So if you set them up for the default Admin account you won't see them on a new account called "kornholio".

If that doesn't pan out than unfortunately I don't have any idea why the notification wouldn't show. Would require some digging into logs to determine the cause.

I am logged in as "admin1" and all notifications were created by "admin1".   I tried logging in as the default admin account, but still see no notifications.

okay, after researching a bit further, we disabled 'write the notification to the database'.  I'm guessing this needs to be enabled in order to view notifications from the "notifications" tab.

Ah good catch! You are correct, if this isn't checked you won't be able to view them. Do report back if it didn't fix it though. :D
