  • 1.  LiveUpdate not working

    I have Endpoint Protection for windows 10, not under a business. I called for tech support because my live update is disabled by administrator, yet when I try to get around that using the two workarounds to grant access, those options don't exist. I suspect I need an upgrade, but tech support cannot help me without a license number. Where can I find my license number?

    What is your case number?  What workarounds were provided?  Do you have access to your SEPM?
