Hi Stephen, Apple decided to include this reminder in 10.15.4. We planned to use newly system extension when 10.16 is available in summer timeframe.

Subject: macOS 10.15.4 - Legacy System Extension
When I upgraded to macOS 10.15.4 I received a warning that Symantec Endpoint Protection was using a legacy system extension. I saw that you had a support article about this, but this does not state when you will release an update with modern alternatives. Using the legacy extensions is making our Macs less secure and stable than (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT210999). Please can you confirm your plans for this? Mac users would appreciate a release to resolve it ASAP. I believe Apple first warned developers about this nearly a year ago in June 2019.
