    Why when I logon to the SEP portal am I taken to the Testpad domain, not the domain where all my endpoints are. Support have no idea, but clever IT specialists here might know how to fix it, better than Broadcom support

    We are still using the on-premise installation but looks like this is related to the Cloud portal. Please check if this will help you:

    "You are redirected to the

    If the support have no idea and cannot help, may be they still don't know that they are offering SEP 15 :))))

    It may send you to Testpad when you log in if you have a trial license there. Do you have any active trial licenses?
